After shaving, the world’s hairiest girl is now an adult, happily married, and showing her fresh style.

A girl who had been called a ‘wolf girl’ and ‘monkey face’ by her classmates realized that her illness wouldn’t prevent her from being happy.

She eventually found the love of her life, and her narrative illustrates the significant influence that relationship had on her life.

Because of her unusual look, Supatra ‘Natty’ Sasuphan, who was once labeled the world’s hairiest girl, was teased and intimidated by her classmates.

Something significant occurred in Supatra’s family on August 5, 1999. When a baby is born, parents are

typically ecstatic and delighted. That’s how Sompon and Samrerng, Supatra’s parents, felt at the time of her birth.

Their joy was tempered, however, by shock, dismay, and disbelief when the doctor revealed that their child was quite hairy.

Upon initially perceiving her in the incubator, they were taken aback by her copious amount of hair.

Supatra was so covered in hair that not even the Thai doctors had seen a patient quite like her.

Doctors eventually discovered that Natty suffered from Ambras syndrome, an extremely rare skin condition.

There are only 50 examples like hers that have been reported worldwide as this ailment is so rare.

Excess body hair grows on the palms, soles, and inside of the mouth solely in Ambras syndrome, which is probably caused by an abrupt alteration in DNA.

The physicians refused to let Natty’s mother when she wanted to leave the hospital after her baby was born because they were concerned she may abandon her.

Sompo assured the physician that she would never, under any circumstances, desert her child. ‘We are fortunate that she was born into our family,’ the woman remarked.

Although Natty was raised in a caring home, she had to deal with some cruel remarks from peers and strangers, and not everyone was sympathetic to her situation.

Because of her untreatable Ambras disease, Natty’s face was always concealed under her thick hair as she grew older.

Her hair grew too quickly to be stopped by conventional techniques like laser removal. She was made

fun of in school for her unusual features. She was dubbed ‘wolf girl’ and ‘monkey face’by children.

But Natty thought of herself as just another average girl with a little extra hair, so she didn’t understand why they were making fun of her. ‘That’s just the way I am,’ she said.

Natty’s teacher, Kuljira Posaeng, said that Natty’s early school days were challenging since other children were first afraid of her appearance.

But Natty eventually showed that she was no different from any other pupil. She was praised by teachers for her diligence and academic success, and over time, she rose to the top of the class.

Teachers described Natty as a bubbly girl who enjoyed acting, dancing, and singing. Her parents never made her feel less significant; instead,

they treated her like any other child. They didn’t feel ashamed that she didn’t look like other kids when they took her places.

Natty eventually discovered her true love.

Natty has accepted her illness and realized there isn’t a treatment for it. She only started shaving her face as an adolescent

and chose to leave her body hair growing in its natural state since the day she was born. She discovered love as she grew older and valued her self-worth and self-image more.

‘It started out as friendship, then we became a couple,’ she revealed. She enjoyed their chats, and their comfortable

relationship surprised her with a love she never expected: ‘It was a kind of love I never thought I would experience.’

Afterwards, Natty wed her partner, referring to him as ‘the love of my life.’

She also shared photos of herself and her partner in which she was not wearing facial hair. While her dad clarified that she had choose to

cut her facial hair to showcase her new appearance, some people believed she might have been cured. Her hair covers her forehead, but her face, lips, eyes, and cheeks are now all visible.

Now that she’s found happiness and love, Natty is resolved to live a good life and keep having a beneficial influence on society.

She wants to encourage others to embrace their uniqueness and radiate their inner beauty since she thinks that everyone is lovely and special in their own way.
